**Conversion & Preservation**

BCC Partners acquires and operates affordable and workforce housing assets. We focus on transactions where specialized knowledge of affordable housing programs, capital structures, and asset operations can create value for residents and partners. We pursue acquisitions, recapitalizations, and preservation opportunities across both regulated and naturally occurring affordable housing.

  

**Affordable Housing Preservation:** Acquisition and rehabilitation of existing affordable communities, including properties with expiring affordability restrictions, project-based rental assistance, or opportunities for long-term preservation.

**Tax-Exempt Bonds:** Structuring acquisitions and recapitalizations utilizing a variety of tax-exempt bonds programs. These programs can provide attractive long-term financing while establishing or preserving affordability.
