**Overview**

BCC invests in and operates the businesses that supply the building industry: aggregates, concrete, steel, and related construction materials. These are asset-heavy, permit-constrained operations serving regional markets where supply is limited and demand is tied to infrastructure, housing, and public works spending. BCC targets established operators with entrenched local positions, and pursues opportunities where ownership transition, undercapitalization, or fragmentation create room for a disciplined long-term owner.  
 

**Aggregates & Quarry Operations:** Own and operate permitted sand, gravel, and crushed-stone sites serving active construction markets.

**Downstream Products:** Acquire and consolidate regional fabricators and processors, including rebar, precast, and recycled materials.
