Brady J. Corcoran is the managing principal of BCC. His experience includes the acquisition or asset management of over $600M of real estate across the western United States. He has a proven track record spanning all functions of real estate investing, including acquisitions, asset management, capital raising, construction management and portfolio/entity operations across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and senior living assets.

Brady brings extensive experience from his time at real estate private equity firm Reliant Group Management, in debt capital markets at Walker & Dunlop and construction management at Build Group. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Finance and a minor in Construction Management. During his time in San Luis Obispo, Brady was a member of the Cal Poly Men’s Water Polo team and served as an assistant to the Dean of Business.

Brady currently serves as a board member of a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to affordable student housing and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Olympic Club of San Francisco. He also serves as a personal advisor to several private family offices regarding their real estate holdings.
